Reward Reset Publishing collects only what we need to send you the books, freebies, and emails you ask for. No data brokers, no sale of your data — ever. Here is exactly what flows where.
Who runs this site
Reward Reset Publishing is the publisher of rewardreset.com and the data controller for everything we collect through it. Reach us at privacy@rewardreset.com with any privacy question, deletion request, or correction.
What we collect
- Your email, when you sign up for The Long Game, request a freebie, or ask for the first chapter of a book.
- Topic preferences you check on the signup form (health, wealth, relationships, family) so we can match issues to your interests.
- Which book you signed up through, stored as a tag so the right freebie or chapter reaches the right inbox.
- Purchase records when you buy something from shop.rewardreset.com: order details, billing email, and tax-region info handled by our payment processor.
- Server logs kept by our hosting platform for security and abuse prevention. These include IP address, user agent, and request paths. Retained for a short window, not used for marketing.
What we don't do
- No sale, rental, or trade of your contact info to third parties.
- No behavioral ad targeting on or off the site.
Cookies
The site stores one preference in your browser's localStorage: your dark/light theme choice. That's it. No tracking cookies, no consent banner needed.
Who processes your data on our behalf
We use a small set of established providers. Each one is contractually limited to processing data only as we direct.
Resend
Sends our transactional emails (welcome, sample chapters, freebie deliveries) and stores your contact record so we know what you've subscribed to. Resend's privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare
Hosts the site (Workers + static assets) and routes every request. Cloudflare keeps short-window security logs that include IP and request metadata. Cloudflare privacy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Lemon Squeezy
Runs the storefront at shop.rewardreset.com. Handles checkout, payment processing, sales-tax remittance, and digital delivery for paid products. Lemon Squeezy privacy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
How we use your email
- Send the freebie, sample chapter, or workbook you asked for.
- Send The Long Game on the cadence you signed up for.
- Tell you when a new title drops in a topic you opted into.
- Reply when you write to us.
We don't email you about products or topics you didn't opt into.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of every issue. Resend processes the opt-out and we honor it across the audience.
- Update your topic preferences by replying to any email or writing to privacy@rewardreset.com.
- Delete your record entirely on request. Email us and we'll remove your contact from Resend and confirm when it's done.
- Access what we have on you on request. We'll export the contact record (email, topics, signup tags) and send it back.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If a record reaches us in error, write to privacy@rewardreset.com and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how data flows in or out of the site, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes also go out as a note in The Long Game.
